Erick Hernández Gallego, shareholder in the Environmental practice at Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico City office, will participate as moderator in the session “New Water Regime in Mexico: Impacts and Opportunities,” organized by the Environmental Commission of ICC Mexico.
The session will take place on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City, and will bring together specialists and representatives from the private sector to analyze the main challenges and opportunities arising from the recent institutional reform and new rules for water resource management in Mexico. The discussion will address the regulatory, legal, and operational impacts faced by the industrial, commercial, and service sectors in light of increasing water stress, as well as heightened social and environmental pressure regarding the use and exploitation of water.
