Greenberg Traurig Represented Agora S.A. in the Acquisition of Shares in Eurozet sp. z o.o.

WARSAW – FEB. 21, 2019 – The Warsaw Office of Greenberg Traurig represented Agora S.A. in the acquisition of a 40% stake in Eurozet sp. z o.o. and negotiation of a shareholders agreement with its majority shareholder SFS Ventures s.r.o., governing the cooperation of both Eurozet shareholders.
