WARSAW, September 22, 2021 - Greenberg Traurig advised White Stone Development on the acquisition of a 200,000 sq.m. property located in the Bielany district of Warsaw. The property, consisting of over 100 plots of land, will be developed with a large mixed-use project, which is expected to have a significant impact on the growth and revitalization of districts located in the northern parts of Warsaw. The transaction was carried out in several stages.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led and supervised by Local Partner Dominik Rafałko, who was supported by Associates Jakub Gajzler and Marta Trębacka. The transaction team also included Associates Maxymilian Rybczyński and Krzysztof Popławski.
“This transaction shows the expected direction of the real estate market in the post-Covid reality – development of office buildings outside crowded city centers and closer to residential areas. The mix of different designations in the vicinity of the Młociny metro station and the intended revitalization of the Młociny district may make this area unique on the map of Warsaw. We are very proud that we could advise our long-term Client on this project and keep our fingers crossed for its development,” said Dominik Rafałko, Local Partner in the Real Estate Practice.
White Stone is a developer of modern commercial and residential real estate in Poland. The company's portfolio includes small residential projects and large, multi-storey apartment buildings, class A office complexes and historical properties undergoing revitalization, such as Fort Mokotów in Warsaw.
