Greenberg Traurig Advises Aermont on Sale of Office Building "Forum" in Berlin

Greenberg Traurig has advised Aermont Capital on the sale of the office property "Forum" to Ampega Investment GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The building was completed as the final phase of the office and commercial complex "Im Wirtschaftswunder" in Berlin-Schöneberg. The "Forum" comprises of 15,800 square meters of office and retail space and was extensively revitalized and modernized.

The seller, Aermont Capital, is an asset management company focusing on real estate and real estate-related investments in Europe. The buyer, Ampega, is the asset manager of the Talanx Group, one of Europe's largest insurance groups by premium income.
