BOSTON – July 20, 2026 –Chinh H. Pham, co-chair of the Venture Capital & Emerging Technology Group of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will participate in the panel discussion “Breaking into the Boardroom” July 29, co-hosted by Asians in Biotech and the Asian Community Fund. The session, featuring local leaders who broke through barriers, will explore what board members do, why not-for-profit board service matters, how boards recruit and evaluate candidates, and how to prepare for a board position. The program is open to all.
Pham, a shareholder in the firm’s Boston office, focuses his practice on the strategic creation, implementation, and protection of intellectual property rights for technology and life sciences clients, ranging from venture-backed companies to multinational corporations. He works with his clients to leverage their key innovations for strategic commercial and business opportunities and serves as a mentor to entrepreneurs and early-stage ventures through various incubator and accelerator programs. He has been recognized as a “Technology Law Trailblazer” by The National Law Journal and was named the ALM | Law.com’s 2024 New England Legal Awards “Attorney of the Year.” Pham serves on the Boston Museum of Science’s and the Boston Bar Foundation’s boards of trustees.
