- one of the largest landlords in New York City, as landlord, in the lease of ~205,000 rsf in the Financial District of New York to a securities industry regulator.°
- (i) a multinational private equity, asset management and financial services corporation and (ii) one of the largest landlords in New York City, as sublandlord and assignee, respectively, in multiple sublease agreements in Midtown Manhattan:°
