April Connally is a member of the Litigation Practice at Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office. She represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, professional liability, employment issues, and other complex commercial litigation. April also handles regulatory matters representing a national railroad as well as motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors in disputes with franchisees and dealers.
Additionally, April has experience representing Class 1 and short-line railroads in Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) lawsuits, tort claims, and crossing collisions. April assists clients in all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts.
