April Connally represents clients in litigation matters involving professional liability, class action defense, business disputes, employment law, and other complex commercial litigation matters. She also works on regulatory matters involving motor vehicle manufacturers/distributors in disputes with franchisees and dealers.

April has deep experience representing Class 1 and short-line railroads in FELA lawsuits, tort claims, and crossing collisions. She has experience with civil litigation in both state and federal court, and is generally responsible for drafting initial and responsive pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, working with experts, motion practice, and taking depositions.

  • Support major “Class 1” rail carrier in PUC administrative matters.
  • Litigate franchisor/franchisee matters.
  • Assisted trial team to obtain a directed verdict on behalf of a horseback riding stable after four days of trial in Colorado's Larimer County District Court.°
  • Researched and briefed a successful Motion for Summary Judgment, dismissing a seven year long legal malpractice matter.°
