Sebastian Dennis

Sebastian Dennis is an Associate in the German Banking & Finance Group. He advises national and international credit institutions, investors and borrowers on national and cross-border acquisition, project and real estate financings as well as on financial restructurings.

Prior to joining the firm, Sebastian worked for the German investment fund team of another international law firm in Berlin and Frankfurt.
