Ana G. Jarquin represents employers in labor and employment matters, drawing from her background as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where she defended the federal government in personnel actions and employment disputes. Her government experience provides her with insight into how agencies and employers approach compliance, litigation strategy, and risk management in employment matters.

Ana handles litigation before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, drafts dispositive motions and discovery responses, and conducts settlement negotiations in employment disputes. She represents clients in matters involving discrimination claims, hostile work environment allegations, retaliation cases, and reasonable accommodation requests. Her practice includes advising employers on personnel matters, employee performance issues, and misconduct investigations to pursue compliance with federal and state employment laws.

Ana develops and conducts compliance trainings for organizations on employment law topics and civil rights statutes. She provides guidance on ethics matters and helps employers navigate complex regulatory requirements.
