Colin Kennedy is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office. He represents clients in all phases of litigation, from early-stage investigations through appeals. Colin has experience defending companies against unfair or deceptive business practices claims in individual and putative class actions, companies in a wide range of commercial litigation, individuals and municipalities in white collar defense investigations, and companies in labor and employment matters. In addition, Colin has considerable legal writing experience and is frequently asked to draft complex pleadings, various motions, and memoranda.

Prior to entering legal practice, Colin served in the U.S. Army as an Intelligence Officer deploying multiple times before being honorably discharged at the rank of Captain.
