Kyle Maury focuses on complex construction and commercial disputes in state and federal courts as well as arbitration proceedings. In his construction practice, Kyle represents owners and contractors in high-stakes disputes over delays and defects concerning the design and construction of mission-critical infrastructure as well as traditional and renewable energy products. Kyle also represents plaintiffs and defendants in various contract and business tort disputes across a wide range of forums and industries.
Kyle advises and advocates for clients at all critical stages of litigation, from pre-dispute investigations and claim assessments through discovery, trial, and appeal. Kyle is experienced in drafting pleadings; electronic discovery; taking and defending depositions of fact, corporate, and expert witnesses; arguing motions; and writing dispositive motions as well as trial and appellate briefs.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Kyle practiced with two other leading national litigation firms, and before that served as a law clerk to the Hon. Federico A. Moreno of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
