Camille Papini-Chapla focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation across the country, at the trial and appellate levels. She has experience in complex commercial, motor vehicle dealer network litigation, medical and pharmaceutical product liability, class actions, and high-stakes medical malpractice cases across the United States in state and federal courts.

She has prevailed in federal courts across the country at both the motion to dismiss and summary judgment stage by ensuring that federal courts adopt a strict approach to their own subject matter jurisdiction.
