Anahita B. Rodriguez

Anahita B. Rodriguez focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation in Nevada, drawing on time spent inside the state’s trial courts. Her experience as a Judicial Law Clerk gives her a practical understanding of how Nevada judges evaluate motions, weigh authority, and manage complex business, civil, and criminal dockets, insight she applies when developing case strategy and drafting for clients.

Before her clerkships, Anahita worked on business and commercial disputes in private practice, drafting motions for summary judgment, complaints, an arbitration brief, demand letters, legal memoranda, and discovery responses. Additionally, Anahita researched Nevada case law on business and civil issues as a Judicial Extern assigned to the business court calendar.
