Serena Ruedas focuses her practice on corporate transactional matters as part of the firm’s corporate team. She represents public and private company clients in corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Her experience includes supporting domestic and cross‑border M&A transactions, and advising on entity formations, conversions, incorporations, and other organizational and restructuring matters. She also advises publicly held companies on disclosure obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including the preparation of annual reports to stockholders, proxy statements, and annual and quarterly periodic reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, she served as in-house counsel at GeoComply, a gaming technology company, where she provided legal oversight for the preparation and revision of a wide range of commercial contracts, prepared essential corporate governance materials, handled employment law matters, and played a key role in various M&A projects.
