Addison Schlatter represents clients on both the plaintiff and defense side of employment litigation, including guiding them through all stages of litigation. Addison’s employment practice focuses on matters involving employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage-and-hour, restrictive covenants, trade secret claims, and employment-related claims arising under state and federal statutes and constitutional law.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Addison also gained experience handling complex commercial disputes, class action tort disputes, and whistleblower claims.
