Gregory’s practice includes the development, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, with a particular focus on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, client counseling and strategic portfolio development, and evaluating patentability, freedom-to-operate, infringement/non-infringement, and validity/invalidity. His technical experience includes specialty chemicals and materials, separation materials and processes, nanotechnology, fuel cells and batteries, semiconductors, medical devices and diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, alternative energy, agricultural products, and animal nutrition.
