Jennifer Simon

Jennifer Simon is a litigation associate who helps guide complex cases from inception through resolution. She has represented public and private companies spanning a wide range of industries, including international product manufacturers, global logistics companies, and government organizations, in high stakes matters such as class actions, products liability disputes, trade secret litigation, and complex contractual disputes. Clients rely on Jennifer to be the driving force in executing litigation strategy, including researching and drafting briefs, pleadings, and motions, taking and defending depositions, leading strategy calls and fact investigations, and pursuing out-of-court resolutions. She organizes and manages teams of attorneys, giving clients a coordinated approach to large matters.

Before entering practice, Jennifer served as a student attorney in the Georgetown Law Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she researched, drafted, and filed a Fourth Circuit appeal for a pro bono client and won reversal of the lower court’s decision. She also served as executive editor of the Georgetown Journal on Law & Public Policy. She earlier served as a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, assisting with judicial opinions, legal research, and analysis of novel legal questions.
