Trisha Ojea Villegas

Trisha Ojea Villegas represents developers in all aspects of condominium, mixed use and planned developments. She is actively involved in the preparation of condominium documents (including residential, branded residences, conversion, mixed use, commercial and condo-hotel projects), representation of developers before the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, preparation and negotiation of purchase agreements for the sale of pre-construction condominium units and representation of developers at bulk closings/grand openings. Trisha also has deep experience helping developers obtain exemptions allowing for the sale of Florida condominium units to New York residents. In addition to her concentration on condominium and mixed use developments, Trisha advises clients on general real estate matters.
