GT Dallas Attorneys, John Holland, Todd Basile and Josh Prywes will be presenting a corporate/transactional topic titled “Strategic Alliance Structures: Building Sound Foundations and Joint Ventures” to the Association of Corporate Counsel’s DFW members on Thursday, July 30th at 2 PM CST. This presentation provided an overview of issues that parties encounter when structuring joint ventures, including a discussion of tax matters, exit strategies, transfer restrictions, minority protections, governance structures, and intellectual property concerns. This CLE provided a broad overview of these topics, suitable for experienced attorneys who may be unfamiliar with the subject matter, but with sufficient depth to be useful for experienced transactional attorneys.
