Diversity, equity, and inclusion move forward with future leaders and clients. Changing workforce demographics bode well for diversity, equity, and inclusion. In July 2021, GT achieved Mansfield Rule 4.0 Certification Plus. As part of The Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Rule Certification program in the United States, the firm has once again proven our unwavering dedication to being and doing better.

Mansfield Rule Certification indicates that a law firm considers, at minimum, 30% women, attorneys of color, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and those with disabilities for leadership and governance roles, equity partner promotions, and formal client pitch opportunities. GT accomplished Mansfield Rule 3.0 Certification in July 2020; however, complacency has never been our speed.

GT has gone beyond the requirements of the original Mansfield program of considering 30% diverse talent. During the certification period of July 2020-July 2021, the firm demonstrated that it hired, promoted, and engaged that level of diverse legal talent in our efforts and client teams. We are extremely proud of this achievement and believe it to be one of the most important recognitions we have received in our continuous journey to move the needle forward.

The National Diversity Council named Greenberg Traurig Chief Diversity Officer and Shareholder Nikki Lewis Simon, among its list of the "Top Chief Diversity Officers."

Human Rights Campaign Equidad MX: Global Workplace Equality Program Survey, 2020

The Mexico City office received a score of 100% on the HRC Equidad MX: Global Workplace Equality Program Survey, recognizing Greenberg Traurig as a "Best Place to Work" for the LGBTQ+ community.
