Joshua I. Rudawitz to Present at BBA Annual IP Year in Review

BOSTON – March 22, 2023 – Joshua I. Rudawitz, Intellectual Property (IP) & Technology associate in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Boston office, will present at the Boston Bar Association (BBA)’s Annual IP Year in Review March 23.

During his panel, “Intellectual Property in Tech,” Rudawitz will discuss recent IP developments for the technology sector, as well as provide guidance on counseling clients regarding new court rulings and legal changes. This event also will cover IP updates for a variety of additional industries, including life sciences, artificial intelligence, arts, and entertainment.

Rudawitz has more than 15 years of multifaceted strategic intellectual property law experience, including as a primary patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and counsels clients of all sizes with their IP needs. He focuses his practice on the preparation and prosecution of trademark and patent portfolios. Rudawitz focuses on understanding and studying his clients’ business needs and goals. With a sound business minded foundation, he counsels his clients on IP portfolio development ensuring that their portfolio meets and exceeds their objectives. He has deep technical experience in fields including medical instruments and devices; consumer electronics; software and mobile applications; business and commercial methods turbine engines; additive manufacturing; and exoskeleton devices.
