Greenberg Traurig advised Invesco Real Estate on the sale of a logistic centre in Łódź

WARSAW, September 3, 2020 - Greenberg Traurig advised Invesco Real Estate, the global real estate investment manager, on a transaction involving the sale of a logistic centre in Łódź to Savills Investment Management acting on behalf Savills IM European Logistics Fund 2.

The logistic park, developed in 2018, has a total warehouse space of 38 thousand sq. m. and is fully leased to international companies from the home appliance and automotive sectors. The property is part of the so-called Central European Logistics Hub and is located in the vicinity of the Spedcont intermodal terminal and state-of-the-art production and warehouse facilities owned by Invesco Real Estate. Moreover, the logistic centre is located only 30 kilometers from the intersection of A1 and A2 motorways.

The transaction was led by Senior Associate Rafał Siwek, supported by Associate Maxymilian Rybczyński. Partner Agnieszka Stankiewicz provided strategic advice on the transaction.

Previously, the lawyers from the Greenberg Traurig real estate team advised Invesco Real Estate on the acquisition of the property and the construction of the logistic centre which has been sold to Savills Investment Management.
