Jennifer M. Faggion, a member of Greenberg Traurig's Litigation Practice, is based in the firm’s Tampa office. Jennifer’s practice includes complex commercial litigation, toxic tort, environmental, and white-collar matters in both federal and state courts.

Prior to joining GT, Jen served as a judicial law clerk for several judges in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She therefore brings to our practice and clients a thorough understanding of the federal court system and its processes.

  • Representation of an international aerospace company in multiple high-profile mass toxic-tort actions in which plaintiffs allege that emissions from its manufacturing facility contaminated nearby properties and potentially exposed persons near the facility. Plaintiffs seek injunctive relief, medical monitoring, and monetary damages.
