Benjamin M. Friedman focuses his practice on health law and issues concerning managed care organizations. He has broad experience with regard to health plan contracting, provider issues, regulatory compliance, corporate and non-profit issues, and HIPAA/HITECH matters. He is also experienced at handling a variety of health care transactions, including mergers, asset purchases, and other matters involving changes in control of health care entities.
