Ayshan E. Ibrahim is a member of the Public Finance & Infrastructure Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office. Ayshan focuses her practice on public finance matters with emphasis on tax-exempt bond financing and serves as counsel in various roles on an assortment of tax-exempt and taxable financing transactions throughout the state of Colorado. Ayshan has experience providing general counsel services for special districts in Colorado.
