Ayshan E. Ibrahim is a member of the Public Finance & Infrastructure Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office. Ayshan focuses her practice on public finance matters with emphasis on tax-exempt bond financing and serves as counsel in various roles on an assortment of tax-exempt and taxable financing transactions throughout the state of Colorado. Ayshan has experience providing general counsel services for special districts in Colorado.


  • Municipal Bonds: serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, or borrower’s counsel
  • Special Districts: represents metropolitan districts, business improvement districts, water and sanitation districts, hospital districts, library districts, community development districts, industrial development districts, and urban renewal authorities



  • Bond Counsel and Underwriter’s counsel in connection with bond issuances by the State of Colorado, special districts and other government entities totaling over $1.2 billion.
