Kyle Jaep advises public and private companies across industries on complex corporate and financing transactions, with a focus on blockchain, digital assets, emerging technologies, and mining. Kyle regularly leads high-stakes cross-border matters, and his experience with SEC and exchange rules and regulations enables him to guide companies through market entry under demanding conditions. His practice spans the full corporate lifecycle, including formation, financings, governance, public offerings, and exchange listings.
As a member of the firm’s interdisciplinary Blockchain & Digital Assets practice, Kyle has represented crypto-native companies, digital asset treasuries and other blockchain-related companies from formation through public offerings. He has served as strategic counsel on token and related rights offerings, blockchain-related corporate transactions, and crypto regulatory matters. Kyle regularly publishes articles and blog posts on the latest developments in the blockchain and digital assets space.
