Anna Kolodenska is a Contract Attorney in the IP & Technology Practice Group with more than six years of legal practice combining law firm and in-house experience in Germany and Ukraine. She advises national and international clients on intellectual property, data privacy and technology-related matters, as well as general contract law. Anna’s practice focuses on various sectors including IT, media & entertainment, automotive, e-commerce, fintech, health care and pharma. Her transactional expertise covers licensing, IP assignments, software development agreements and services agreements, as well as due diligence within technology transactions.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig in 2022, Anna worked as an Associate for a leading Ukrainian law firm in Kyiv in the field of IP and IT/Data Protection. In 2023, Anna was seconded to one of the big-tech companies and supported its EU legal team.
