She has experience advocating for clients in administrative, state, and federal courts, with a focus on charges and complaints brought pursuant to accusations of discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, denial of accommodation and leaves, and PAGA violations.

- Defended one of the largest non-hospital-based physician groups in the Midwest against claims by a former physician. Obtained a full defense jury verdict following a 5-day jury trial in Marion Superior Court Commercial Court. Plaintiff, a physician who departed the practice, was seeking millions of dollars in his 10-count complaint, including claims of forgery, counterfeiting, deception, identity deception, unfair competition, negligence, negligence misrepresentation, and defamation.°
