Drawing on his in-house and outside counsel experience, Gabriel uses a pragmatic lens when advising clients on legal issues that impact their physical and digital products and services. Gabriel’s practice focuses on both U.S. state and federal data privacy laws, biometrics laws, consumer health data laws, digital identity, and AdTech.
