Javier M. Sanchez

Javier M. Sanchez is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Financial Regulatory and Compliance team. He advises companies and investors on U.S. state financial regulatory matters, including licensing and NMLS registration, money transmission, payments, consumer and commercial lending, and other financial products. He also assists clients with broader compliance, risk management, and transactional issues affecting financial services businesses.

In addition to his financial regulatory work, Javier has experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, serving clients across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. He is fluent in English and Spanish and previously worked in-house at a major land development company in Nicaragua, advising on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
