Profile
Katarzyna Stochniałek specializes in advising on infrastructure projects, including those with a public component. She advises on projects implemented in the form of public procurement, public-private partnerships and concessions for works and services as well as those implemented in the private sector or exempted from statutory procedural regimes. She specializes in public procurement law as well as administrative and public law, in particular in the context of the functioning of local government units. Katarzyna is actively involved in the design, preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects in various sectors, including civil engineering, water and wastewater management, transport, revitalization and energy, with a particular focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency. She advises both public and private sector entities. Her experience also includes preparing pre-implementation analyses, preparing and managing procedures and drafting and negotiating contracts.

- Participated as a Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy expert in a project implemented by the City of Warsaw concerning the construction of highly energy-efficient public kindergartens under the PPP formula.˚
- Participated in the work for UNIBEP in connection with the first PPP project in Poland’s municipal housing sector.°
- Participated in the work for a private investor in a PPP project concerning the development of the Rumia city center area, including construction of a new city office.˚
- Participated in the work on behalf of a private investor in a PPP project concerning the construction of the Port of Gdynia.
- Participated in the work for a private investor in a PPP project concerning the construction of the External Port in the Port of Gdynia.˚
- Participated in the work for Marki Municipality on a PPP project concerning the construction and maintenance of municipal roads.˚
- Participated in the work for a private investor on a PPP project concerning the construction and operation of a sewage treatment plant in Czernica Municipality.˚
- Participated in the work for BGK on a PPP project concerning the reconstruction and extension of a general secondary school and the construction of a sports hall with land development in Piastów.˚
- Participated in the work for GoldenPeaks Capital in connection with financing two new photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 157 MW.°
