Katarzyna Stochniałek advises on infrastructure projects, including those with a public component. She advises on projects implemented in the form of public procurement, public-private partnerships and concessions for works and services as well as those implemented in the private sector or exempted from statutory procedural regimes. She has deep experience in public procurement law as well as administrative and public law, in particular in the context of the functioning of local government units.

Katarzyna is actively involved in the design, preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects across a range of sectors, including civil engineering, water and wastewater management, transport, urban regeneration and energy, with a particular focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency. She advises both public- and private-sector clients on the structuring of infrastructure projects, the preparation and management of procurement procedures, and the drafting and negotiation of project documentation and contracts.

Her practice also includes strategic infrastructure and dual-use projects, as well as projects in the areas of civil defence and population protection, including those involving the provision of temporary shelter facilities and protective structures.

In 2025, Katarzyna completed the postgraduate programme in Nuclear Energy at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed the International School of Nuclear Law, organised by the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) at the University of Montpellier, where she gained broad knowledge of international nuclear-law regulations, including those relating to non-proliferation.

  • Participated as a Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy expert in a project implemented by the City of Warsaw concerning the construction of highly energy-efficient public kindergartens under the PPP formula.°

  • Participated in the work for a private investor in a PPP project concerning the development of the Rumia city center area, including construction of a new city office.°

  • Participated in the work for GoldenPeaks Capital in connection with financing of new photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 176 MW.°
