Private Placements and Hybrid Securities Offerings 2026

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Emily Ladd-Kravitz will speak at the Private Placements and Hybrid Securities Offerings 2026 program hosted by the Practicing Law Institute on March 5–6, 2026, in New York. Emily will participate in the panel, “Undertaking a Late-Stage (or Pre-IPO) Private Placement,” on March 5 from 4:00–5:00 PM EST, where law firm and in-house professionals will explore key considerations in late-stage and pre-IPO private placements, including market dynamics, diligence and disclosure preparation, documentation and negotiation issues, strategic and secondary placements, and related SEC concerns. The program will be held at PLI’s Anita C. Shapiro Conference Center in New York City.
