David Freylikhman Recognized as a 2019 NJBIZ 40 Under 40 Winner

FLORHAM PARK, NJ – Aug. 20, 2019David Freylikhman, a shareholder in the New Jersey office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has been recognized as one ofNJBIZ's “40 Under 40” winners. According to NJBIZ’s website, the award honors “movers and shakers making their mark in New Jersey business.” The winners, who will be celebrated at an award ceremony on Sept. 18 at iPlay America in Freehold, NJ, include high achievers from a variety of industries.

Freylikhman focuses his practice on real estate and business law, including the purchase, sale, leasing, developing and financing of commercial properties. His real estate practice covers a full range of assets, including multi-family, office, retail, hotels, and mixed-use developments. Freylikhman has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with the Client Distinction Award, has been awarded an AV-Preeminent Peer Review Rating (Martindale's highest rating) each year since 2012 and has been selected as a New York Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine each year since 2013. Freylikhman was named to the 2017 "New Leaders of the Bar" by the New Jersey Law Journal, and has been mentioned in Real Deal, New York Law Journal, New Jersey Law Journal, Law360, Daily Business Review, and various other media outlets.
