MILANO – June 28, 2022 – Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria assisted Kervis SGR S.p.A., on behalf of an alternative real estate investment fund (AIF), in its acquisition of a real estate portfolio consisting of six properties for a total surface of 54,000 sqm. from Cariplo Pension fund. The portfolio largely consists of residential and retail properties and offices and is located in Milan, Pioltello, Legnano, and Lecco.
