Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria Assists Kervis SGR with Acquisition of 6 Properties from Cariplo Pension Fund

MILANO – June 28, 2022 Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria assisted Kervis SGR S.p.A., on behalf of an alternative real estate investment fund (AIF), in its acquisition of a real estate portfolio consisting of six properties for a total surface of 54,000 sqm. from Cariplo Pension fund. The portfolio largely consists of residential and retail properties and offices and is located in Milan, Pioltello, Legnano, and Lecco.

The Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria team assisting Kervis SGR S.p.A in this transaction, included Partner Marzio Longo, Senior Associate Paolo Bolis, Associate Mara Penasa, and Trainee Camilla Picedi Benettini for all real estate aspects of the transaction and Partner Corrado Angelelli, Associate Antonio Izzi and Trainee Giuditta Betti for the financing aspects of the transaction.
