Corrine Saylor Davis

Corrine Saylor Davis represents clients ranging from startup to Fortune 100 businesses across various industries in intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on patent litigation involving computer software and other technologies. She has wide-ranging experience leading case teams in complex patent disputes, handling disputes from inception through trial and appeal. Corrine assesses infringement and non-infringement arguments, manages fact and expert discovery, deposes and prepares witnesses, drafts motions and briefs, and conducts negotiations with opposing counsel. She has represented clients in joint defense group strategy sessions and settlement negotiations.

In addition to patent litigation, Corrine counsels clients on a range of IP issues including patent prosecution, inter partes reviews, licensing, acquisitions, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
