Laurie represents buyers and sellers of high-value residential properties throughout Palm Beach County and Florida, including oceanfront estates, Intracoastal waterfront homes, golf course homes, luxury condominiums, estate homes, new construction residences, and residential investment properties. Her residential clients include high-net-worth individuals, family offices, executives, entrepreneurs, and private investors. Services include purchase and sale agreements, contract negotiation and drafting, title review, due diligence, inspection coordination, financing considerations, and complex transaction structuring.
