Cole F. Heyer’s practice focuses on a full range of business immigration matters, including representing domestic and multinational employers before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of State. Cole has broad experience representing and advising employers in all areas of business immigration, including temporary employment visas (H-1B, H-3, L-1A/B, O-1, TN, E-3), labor certifications, permanent residency, and outbound visas.

Cole also assists multinational companies in the area of global mobility and immigration. He has experience assisting companies move key personnel into all parts of the world.
