Profile
Julia Quigley’s practice focuses on virtually all aspects of environmental matters in corporate transactions, from public and private M&A and investments to real estate acquisitions, dispositions and leasing, financings, restructuring matters, and procurement of environmental insurance. She assists clients in identifying and managing environmental risks through environmental due diligence and negotiation of contractual language in associated agreements. Julia also coordinates with environmental consultants and experts to bridge the gap between technical advice, business considerations, and deal documents. She works with clients across various industries including health care, energy, paper, consumer goods, automotive, manufacturing, and infrastructure, among others.
She maintains an active pro bono practice and has been recognized with Her Justice's Commitment to Justice Above and Beyond Award.
