Nicole Vongchanglor represents employers in employment litigation, including class actions, representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and single-plaintiff disputes. She defends claims involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, misclassification, and wage and hour disputes, and has experience securing favorable outcomes in high-stakes employment matters.

Nicole’s practice spans all phases of litigation, from internal investigations and pre-litigation counseling, through discovery, motion practice, arbitration, trial, and appeal. In addition to defending employment claims, she advises employers on terminations, disability accommodations, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, and other workplace issues aimed at mitigating litigation risk. She works closely with employers to develop practical strategies that minimize litigation risk while supporting business objectives and workforce management needs.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Nicole defended Fortune 500 companies in high-exposure mass tort, product liability, and employment matters, giving her a strong foundation in high-stakes litigation.

Clients turn to Nicole for practical advice tailored to the challenges facing California employers, whether responding to a single-plaintiff claim or defending a putative class or representative action. She combines courtroom experience with a strategic, business-focused approach designed to resolve disputes efficiently and minimize risk.
