Milton "Skip" Smith & Jeffery Chiow will participate in a program titled "DoD and U.S. Space Force Policies on the Use of Commercial Space Assets and Dual Use Issues," which will cover the new policies on use of commercial space assets and the challenges presented by the dual use threat.
