This session speaker is Tracey D. Powell, global executive for The Walt Disney Company. She is currently senior vice president of Consumer Insights, Measurement and Analytics for Disney Experiences. She leads a global team of over 300 Cast Members and provides data-driven insights and analytics representing the voice of the consumer. Her team supports Walt Disney World in Florida, Disneyland Resort in California, Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disney Resort, Disney Consumer Products, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney, and National Geographic Expeditions. Tracey also served as vice president of Deluxe Resorts Operations for Walt Disney World Resort, leading over 10,000 Cast Members to deliver exceptional guest service every day. Throughout her 22-year Disney career, Tracey has exemplified Disney’s commitment to enriching the lives of young people by serving as executive champion for the Disney Dreamers Academy (DDA), a life changing event for high school student across the country. In March 2025, she received DDA George A. Kalogridis Hero Award for her leadership and inspiration for 16 years.
