American Bar Association 2026 Wage & Hour Committee Midwinter Meeting

GT shareholder Martine Wells & associate Matt Weber are set to speak at the ABA 2026 Section of Labor and Employment Wage & Hour Committee Midwinter Meeting on February 19. Martine is Co-Chair of the meeting, representing the employer constituency, and Matt will speak on the "What is de minimis Anymore?" panel, surveying the varying rulings and applications of the de minimis doctrine, evaluate its continuing efficacy in today’s workplace, summarize the present state-of-play and predict the doctrine's future.
