During 2025, Delaware corporate law experienced significant reevaluation by many stakeholders. Now that the Delaware Supreme Court has addressed the bulk of closely watched appellate issues arising over the past year and the market has begun adapting to the reframed statutory and common law rules, we reflect and take stock.
