WARSAW – 27 February 2023 – Greenberg Traurig advised P3 Logistic Parks on the acquisition of the logistics park located in Wrocław.
The property, Wrocław Campus 39, re-named as P3 Wrocław II, which was developed by Panattoni, comprises four warehouse buildings, two of which were completed in 2022 and two in 2023. The logistics park has a total lease area of 185,000 sqm and is adapted to the needs of warehousing and light industry. It has achieved a BREEAM sustainability rating of “Excellent”.
The acquisition was one of the largest transactions in the Polish logistics sector in the span of the last two years.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Karol Lewandowski, supported by Associate Paulina Horodeńska-Wieczorek. The due diligence team included Associates: Alicja Kwiatkowska, Jędrzej Antoszewski, Alicja Flis, Dominika Sitkiewicz, Justyna Kozik as well as Przemysław Susoł and Hanna Żaboklicka. Local Partner Maciej Jodkowski supervised all work on the transaction.
