Greenberg Traurig Miami Co-Managing Shareholders Jaret L. Davis and Yosbel A. Ibarra are featured in a Daily Business Review article titled “South Florida Firms Look to Create a ‘Sense of FOMO’ With Fresh Office Designs,” which explores how law firms in the region are reimagining office spaces with upgraded amenities and modern layouts to encourage in-person collaboration and enhance workplace appeal. As Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office approaches its 60th anniversary, the article underscores the firm’s recently renewed lease of nearly 130,000 square feet of office space at the Wells Fargo Center in Downtown Miami, one of the largest office lease transactions in Miami in more than five years.
Davis is quoted as saying:
“The design emphasizes a combination of natural light and the use of modular spaces, like our multipurpose rooms. Obviously, on the productivity side, our experience tracks the literature that by having a space with natural light that’s conducive to conversations, you’re going to increase the number of interactions. There’s both a quantitative goal, increase raw number of interactions, but also a qualitative goal, which is about fostering innovation and creativity. In addition to having an increased number of meetings, the brainstorming increases, and you’re going to see more ideas being generated, more ideas for how we can assist our clients, more ideas for how we can get in front of our clients, and more ideas from our clients themselves.”
