BOSTON – June 2, 2026 – Attorneys Gregory S. Bombard and Bryan Harrison from global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Boston office will present at the Trade Secret Strategy Summit: New York on June 3. Greenberg Traurig is a sponsor of the summit.
Bombard, a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation and Trade Secrets practices, will present on the panel, “AI, SaaS & the Cloud: Proving and Protecting ‘Invisible’ Assets.” The session will focus on enforcement challenges tied to modern data environments and emerging artificial intelligence-driven workflows.
Bombard will also moderate the fireside chat, “Ten Years of the Defend Trade Secrets Act,” which will cover:
- What’s working and what is not in practice?
- What are the unexpected results under the DTSA?
- How could the DTSA be improved for the next 10 years?
- How has the business landscape changed in 10 years?
In addition, Bombard will host the roundtable discussion, “Building a Litigation-Ready Trade Secret Program.” He will be joined by Harrison, a Litigation associate at Greenberg Traurig.
Bombard is a trial lawyer focusing on trade secret litigation, business torts, and other complex commercial disputes. He represents pharmaceutical, technology, and manufacturing companies in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings throughout the United States. He regularly represents both plaintiffs and defendants in trade secret cases and related claims. Bombard is a frequent writer and speaker on trade secret law and is the co-author of the book Protecting and Litigating Trade Secrets (2nd Ed.), published by the American Bar Association.
Harrison is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, focusing on trade secrets. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in trade secret litigation across the country in both federal and state courts. He contributed to the trade secret section of the Practising Law Institute’s 2025 Employment Law Yearbook and has written on topics related to trade secrets.
